We are a small structural and miscellaneous steel fabricator specializing in commercial construction, including schools, churches, retail facilities, medical offices/hospitals, banks, and industrial facilities. We fabricate small projects as well, from boat dock frames to industrial carts to small mezzanines with steel stairs and railings.
We have two full-time in-house detailers with a combined 30 years of experience using Tekla Structures 3D modeling software, ensuring precision and accuracy in producing shop drawings and erection plans. By using this software, we are able to produce files for CNC-controlled equipment, which further ensures precision and accuracy in the fabrication process.
Our equipment includes an Ocean Avenger CNC Drill Line for drilling holes in beams, tubes, channels, and angles; an ACS Precision PRO XHD High Definition Plasma table with a Hypertherm XPR300, which allows us to burn from 16 Ga up through 1-3/4” thick mild steel; a HYDMECH M20A Structural Bandsaw; a GEKA Ironworker; and a BendTech Dragon 400A for plasma cutting small pipe, tube, angle, and channel. We have a 300-ton hydraulic press brake for bending plates.
